Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part ( damaged or incorrect item). We will provide you with the appropriate return address upon approval.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed through a manual method since we only accept Cash on Delivery.

Exchanges
